Charming village stone house situated near Uzes
18th century stone house tastefully restored to a very high standard respecting traditional materials and techniques. It is decorated with charm in a Provencal style with many original features such as old terra-cotta tiles, stone and lime washed walls. The house has two terraces and a small garden. The house has central heating. It is situated in a small village between Uzès and Bagnols-sur-Cèze in the Gard Department. The village has several amenities (café, bakery, general store, delicatessen) and is very close to many of the major, well worth visiting sites and cities such as the Pont du Gard, La Roque sur Cèze, Uzès, Nîmes and Avignon.

The house is situated in a small village between Uzès and Bagnols-sur-Cèze in the Gard Department. The village has several amenities (café, bakery, general store, delicatessen) and is very close to many of the major, well worth visiting sites and cities such as the Pont du Gard, La Roque sur Cèze, Uzès, Nîmes and Avignon. Uzès. A beautiful town with a strong Italian influence displaying important architecture such as the Duché, the Cathedral and its towers, as well as promenades and Piazzas. Uzès is famous for truffles, garlic, honey and the spectacular market every Saturday. Enjoy the designer workshops of the neighbouring village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie producing earthenware and decorative pottery. Avignon is an ancient city, full of history, life, youth, art, music and activity. Avignon’s importance was known as early as the 12C when the famous bridge was erected. Wander the narrow streets inside the fortified walls; visit the Palais des Papes and the numerous museums.
