Photos and Description of this Playa de San Juan holiday apartment 60 qm private terrace, only a few steps to the beach

The penthouse flat lies on the second floor and has a living space of around 65m². In addition, there is a private terrace of about 60m². The view of the Atlantic and the island opposite, “La Gomera”, is simply wonderful. Owing to the orientation of the large terrace, you can enjoy the sun practically all day, from dawn until dusk. The spacious holiday apartment is furnished very nicely and maintained perfectly. The comfortable house 'Brisas del Mar', only completed in 2007, is situated beside the new beach at Playa San Juan, just a few metres away from the sea. It’s a small, but luxurious, residential property with just two floors. There is a lift which means that elderly or disabled guests can reach the penthouse flat without difficulty.

In the green south-west of Tenerife lies the small fishing village of Playa San Juan, surrounded by banana and tomato plantations. The place has been smartened-up during recent years, but despite this, its charm and originality have been preserved. In the plaza, with its high trees and park benches, there are cafés and restaurants which also create a lively and interesting meeting place in the evenings. As you would expect, there are also very good fish restaurants here.

Notes: The sitting room is about 35m². There is a comfortable suite as well as a television set with satellite connection for the receipt of important international channels in digital quality. The open kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar with four chairs. The modern kitchen features, among other things, a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron etc. In addition there is a bathroom with a small shower, WC and wash basin. A washing machine is installed. The bedroom has a bed of 150 x 200cm with a comfortable mattress to assure a good night’s sleep.

Inside: Towels, bath towels, tea towels as well as bed linen are provided in plenty. Two sun loungers and a dining table with four chairs stand on the terrace. The sun awning provides shade.

The distances: The distances: You don’t necessarily need to rely on a hire car here. Owing to the central position of the house, you can reach everything easily on foot. Beach, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc.: everything is within walking distance. Also, the bus service in Tenerife operates very efficiently. You can get to the bus stop in just a few minutes too. In the penthouse itself, smoking is not desired, but outside on the terrace it is of course no problem. South Airport approx. 45 minutes drive. North Airport approx. 75 minutes drive. Playa de las Americas approx. 20 minutes drive
