Notes to the rental rates

• The weekly rate applies for one week and occupancy of 2 adults plus 11% tax. Each additional person is subject to a surcharge of $ 100.00 per week. Minimum rent is one week, after one week we do prorate daily. High season surcharge 20% Christmas and Easter, minimum stay 2 weeks. Rental boats are available upon request. Included in the rent is linen, towels, beach towels, local phone calls, high speed internet access with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
