This well located, detached country house is newly built with big, airy rooms and a distant view of the Chianti mountains. In 3 minutes on foot you reach the tiny little town of Lecchi with a pub and shops. After 10 minutes drive you reach a little river valley where you can bathe in one of several idyllic watering holes with water as clear as a mountain stream. The house is modern and comfortably furnished. There’s a fireplace, central heating, dishwasher and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a footpath to the historic Old Town of La Orotava and a footpath through banana plantations to a secluded beach bay. You’re right away from mass tourism, but even so it’s not far to town (Orotava or Puerto de la Cruz). Apart from that there are good bus services, especially for mountain hikers. The house is in a tranquil estate.
