This nice villa is located in the south of Tenerife in a very quiet area but also near to the centres of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. It contains a large living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The modern gourmet kitchen has a dish washer, the bedroom has a large double bed and the bathroom with corner tub and shower, cosmetic mirror and bath robe. It has a Sat-TV-equipment and is nicely furnished. The villa has a living space of 90 sqm, 18 sqm terrace and 90 sqm roof terrace. Outdoor Pergola has a dining table, large BBQ-Area, heated pool, garden furniture and sun beds. Only 15 minutes to all 5 golf courses, beaches, tennis court, horse riding etc. The village where you find restaurants, bars, supermarkets is only 500 m away. 13 km to the airport.
