Here is an impressive renovated rustic stone house. It is situated on a 15,000 sq m plot with lovely views of the mountain. Fantastic garden with a great variety of plants and a little forest on a side of the house is available. Lovely porch ideal for outside dinning. Superior standard of living in a comfortable house with a special and wonderful decoration. Typical Mallorca architecture with a total constructed area of around 350 sq m including terraces. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A fully equiped kitchen, dining room and living room with fire place. There are several (covered) terraces and in the garden there is large swimming pool: 12 x 6 meters. Depth: 1.50 - 2.30 meters.

Son Beltran finca is situated in a old road to santa magdalena mountain, approximate 2 minutes by car from the nearest city Inca. The house is the ideal starting point for car excursions or long walks discovering the surroundings of Selva and the mountains. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 20 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida. For a Palma visit we recommend leaving your car in Inca and taking the train to the town. Then you don’t have to worry about parking rules and fees.

    Bedlinen and towels will be provided at no costs. To be able to enjoy your holiday more the pool and the garden will be maintanced and if you stay longer than 7 nights your bed linen and towels will be changed and the house will be cleaned.
