Our apartment lies central and nevertheless very calmly, it is completely furnished in beautiful plant with community pool and playground at the outskirts of a town of Palma with view after Son Vida. There are 3 bedrooms with French beds and a bath with bath tub shower WC. Large salon with table, 2x sofa, SAT-TV, and entrance to the balcony with view to the mountains and into the city are available. The kitchen is completely furnished, small table, to rent garage. You reach bars and supermarket in 5 minutes. Setting bed available. Balcony sun side, community pool, playground, basketball, elevator, to the center 10 min to foot, 5 min to the shopping centre to foot, 15 min to the air haven with the car, to the Velodrom 10 min. to foot.
