La Pergola is a holiday house of 60 meters² nicely restructured located in the tiny and very beautiful medieval village of Monteggiori. The word Monteggiori means little mountain and in fact the picturesque jumble of houses sits on a small rise, only 6 kms from the Tirrenian Sea. The house can very comfortably accommodate four people. La Pergola has a sunny entrance and living room that leads to the kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that in emergency could accommodate an extra guest. The kitchen opens onto an ample internal and private courtyard that connects a small annex composed of a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The stairs in the living room leads to the first floor where the large master bedroom is located. The bed room overlooks the church and the main plaza of the village. The bed room is connected to a bathroom with shower. From the bathroom we enter a large terrace with a view of the sea and the campanile. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing.
