The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Biedermeier house in the district of Penzing. The rest of the apartments are inhabited by the owner families. The apartment was furnished with a lot of attention paid to detail. We operate an office for design and interior design, thus, high-quality and charming furnishing is important to us. A terrace that can be used mutually, offers relaxation and coolness during hot days and a wonderful view of the garden. We lie to support families with children with our rental toys, books, films, program tips, etc. The location is ideal for tourism discoveries, because the subway line U4 can be reached on foot and in 15 min. you can get to the centre (opera). Parties with children can go to the zoo, the castle park and the Schönbrunn castle and the technical museum - just a few minutes away. Countless shopping facilities, guesthouses and restaurants and the noble villa region of Hietzing right around the corner.

The one-story family home is located on the border to Hietzing near the Schönbrunn castle. The baroque parking area offers all types of attractions during all seasons (Christmas market, pool, zoo, labyrinth, squirrels, coffee house Gloriette, palm tree house). Penzing is as socially mixed and diverse as Hietzing, but also offers good shopping options and beautiful walks. Our street, in which the world-famous Max-Reinhardt seminar also occurs, is characterised by Biedermeier and baroque houses and is located in the historic centre of the region ('Alt-Penzing'). Nowadays, the region is very popular among families. Within 15 minutes, you can get to the heart of the city by train or tram (market, Karlsplatz, museum quarter). Night buses are also easy to reach. The apartment is ideal for combining a city holiday with rest and relaxation.

  • The final cleaning is included in the weekly price, for daily stays (at least 3 days) there is a one time fee of € for final cleaning. The prices are for the object with a maximum booking of 4 people (3 adults, one child). For a booking of 15 days or more, special prices are possible. Electricity and gas are included in the prices, along with internet usage, SAT-TV, usage of the washing machine. High chair and rental toys are provided free of charge. A security deposit of € 200 is due in cash on arrival and before arrival, one third of the rental price is to be transferred in order to fix the booking.
  • We recommend bringing along a mobile phone, because the apartment does not have a telephone. You can rent DVD's from our comprehensive collection!

The sleeping area with a double bed is separated from the living room by a curtain in order to not disrupt the loft-like character of the room (40 m²). The entire apartment has a southern-location and is thus very well-lit. There are blinds for darkening for the windows that were newly installed in 2007 and were equipped with sound-proof insulating glass.

Notes: In our opinion, everything doesn't have to be expensive to radiate charm, elegance and well-being, but things must be tasteful and selected with care and an individual signature must be recognizable. We wanted to avoid a work made of name-dropping design and, as is often the case, cheap furniture. A combination of restored pieces and high-class design products, customisations and IKEA appeals hopefully those who enjoy. The apartment was completely restored in 2007 and ready for move-in since November.

wir sind in den pfingstferien mit unserem 10jährigen sohn für vier tage in wien gewesen. die ferienwohnung hatten wir bewusst wegen der schönen ausstattung gewählt und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. die einrichtung erfüllt hohe ästhetische ansprüche. die vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich. die kleine dachterasse bietet eine grüne oase der ruhe. verkehrsanbindung und sonstige infrastruktur sind für unsere bedürfnisse optimal gewesen. auch die unmittelbare lage am schloss schönbrunn ist sehr positiv. kurzum, wir hatten eine schöne zeit in wien, besonders durch die perfekte unterkunft.

This is a very tastefully decorated flat in a quiet and lovely area of Vienna. The Schoenbruenn Palace, with its lovely gardens, is a 10 min. walk away, and qualitative local shops and restaurants offer good opportunities for day to day living. One is in downtown Vienna in front of the Opera House in 15 min. via the U4 subway line, also easy to use.

The flat itself is generous and functional, with high ceilings and nice attention to detail. The terrace is a nice addition. One notices quickly that the owners are interior designers and know their trade well. The owners themselves are kind and friendly, and prepared to answer any questions one might have.

We will certainly return, and highly recommend this flat to other travelers.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Geräte sind vorhanden und funktionieren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilft gerne weiter. Nach einem langen Stadtspaziergang oder anstrengenden Geschäftstag haben wir uns in dem Studio gleich zuhause gefühlt und entspannt. So sollte man länger wohnen können-
unsere Wien-Empfehlung für Ästheten, Romantiker, Paare, Familie mit kleinem Kind!

Die geschmackvoll gestaltete und funktionale Wohnung ist gut gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, die Stadt Wien mit all ihren Reizen zu erleben. Durch die U- Bahn gibt es eine praktische und schnelle Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Es lohnt sich aber auch, die unmittelbare Umgebung zu erforschen. Die Vermieter stehen mit brauchbaren Tipps gerne zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung lädt aber auch ein, nach einem intensiven Tagsprogramm, mal einen Abend "zu Hause" zu verbringen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
