This apartment (100 m²) is on the 3rd floor of a historical “palazzo” from the beginning of the XX. Century with view of an elegant 'Belle Epoque' Boulevard in the “Prati” suburb. Prati is a very popular district in Rome with lots of atmosphere, not just because of the Vatican with Saint Peter and the Sistine Chapel, but also because of its ancient stylish buildings, its many fashionable shops like those in the famous Via Cola di Rienzo, its many good restaurants and last of all because of being so central to the Centro Storico (Old Town) of Rome. This apartment is only 2 mins on foot from the underground station of 'Sanpietro-Ottaviano', connecting you to all of Rome and a fantastic way of seeing the Eternal City' in comfort.
