The cozy cottage is furnished in Spanish style. Cassettes and rattan furniture determine the living room and dining room. Classical wardrobes and cozy beds in comfortable dimensions are in the bedrooms. It has a lot of comfort with loving details for the whole family. Internet connection with DSL Flatrate, telephone, satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine. Games for children and adults and a small library (in German). Cooling fans in the living room and all bedrooms provide an airy room climate in the summer. The awning is donating a pleasant shade for you in the garden. The house is situated in an idyllic facility without touristic ambience. For our Spanish neighbors, it is a year-round home. The large pool (10 x 25m), you will have mostly for your own. To the sea it is only 900 m.

Els Poblets is located at the marina of Denia, in an area full of contrasts and geographical landscape diversity. The Mediterranean way of life, the climate with clear, bright summers and mild winters is unique for your health. Long sandy beaches load for sunbathing and building a sand castle. From the house you have a great view of a unique mountain panorama. The sunset from the terrace is spectacular. The biggest shopping mall at the Costa Blanca has been recently opened in Ondara (3 km). Don't miss the Spanish fiestas. Especially in summer, the Spanish people have fiestas all over the time. Enjoy the vitality of life there.

Wir haben im Juli 2009 hier 3 Wochen Urlaub gemacht und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr gut informiert und betreut. Die Angaben im Inserat waren allesamt korrekt. Das Haus
war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Besonders gefielen uns die nahen
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Flat-Rate. Unsere 12-jährigen Drillinge hatten besonders viel Spaß im Pool und am 4 km entfernten Sandstrand.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und durch den Verwalter vor Ort war gut.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist möglich.
Die feinen Sandstrände sind allerdings etwas weiter entfernt, hier ist ein Auto dringend angeraten.

Absolutes Highlight für uns war der DSL-Flatrate-Anschluss für Skype-Telefonate, Wettervorhersagen etc.

Das Haus wurde im Online-Inserat korrekt beschrieben. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Also, alles prima.
Durch die Vermietetin waren wir optimal vorbereitet und wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut (auch vor Ort).
Freitzeitmöglichkeiten, besondere Attraktionen etc. haben wir nicht gebraucht, da wir jeden Tag am Strand waren. Dieser war auch sehr schön (vor allem sauber!).
Der Pool war super. Immer sauber, immer warm und vor allem für die Kinder genial.
Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen.
