The finca is located on a small hill between Pollensa and Campanet, north of Majorca. Here you will have a view of the valley and the Tramutana Mountains. Pollensa is about 10 km away. The beaches and Puerto Pollensa are about 15 km away, Campanet is 5km away and the Pollensa golf course is about 7 km away. The airport is about 48km away. The finca is in the mountains and on a slope of the Tramutana Mountains with a private pool and breathtaking panoramic views. On the large estate, you will find a Mediterranean, 7000m² park-like garden with old olive trees and Aleppo trees. The finca accommodates a maximum of 4 people. The finca has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining/living room with digital SAT-TV and an open, modernly equipped kitchen and a spacious, roofed patio with a space for grilling. All comforts, central heating and a parking spaces are available on the property. You can also book during the winter months.

The finca is located on the slope of a mountain. Pollenca is a small, historical artists’ town with a medieval center and excellent restaurants, an exclusive golf course, art galleries and classical music festivals in July and August. Everything is only 9 km away from the romantic finca. The beautiful bays and sand beaches in the northern Majorca have crystal clear waters. Playa de Formentor, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Port d´Alcudia and Playa de Muro can be reached within only 15-20 minutes by car. The Tramuntana Mountains directly in front of your house invite you to dream-like, wild-romantic trips and hiking tours to the Lluch Monastery, Torrente del Pareis, Soller, Deia and Valldemosa. The traditional weekly markets in Pollenca, Alcudia, Sa Pobla or Sineu invite you to walk and shop.
