Ski: You find the ski-region Skigebiet Nesselwängel-Haller here, in the midst of the Allgau Alps, the cross-country ski paradise of Tannheimer valley with 140 km of cross-country ski tracks with skating rink at the foot of the white mountains, spacious winter hiking trails, a half pipe, a total of 28 ski lifts, winter-Nordic-walking, family-friendly fun parks, paragliding, après-ski, free-ski bus, children’s world, snowboard, carving, toboggan runs and skating halls. The cross-country skiing track in the Tannheimer valley is counted the best, among the top 5 of 232 winter sport-Dorado’s from the entire world. Ski in probably the most beautiful high mountain valley of Europe. Strap on your skis, right on the doorstep. A traditional dog sledding also takes place.

Wir wurden gleich bei der Ankunft von der Besitzerin herzlich empfangen und konnten schon vormittags den Kühlschrank benutzen, um die mitgebrachten Lebensmittel nicht zu lange im heißen Auto zu lassen.
Die FeWo liegt zentral im Ort. Dank der Umgehungsstraße ist kaum Verkehr. Da das Haus etwas abseits steht, kann man die schöne Bergkulissse ringsherum genießen.
Die Einrichtung ist neu, sauber und gepflegt. Wir (Eltern mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 14 und 18 Jahren) haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Was wir noch gut finden würden, wenn auf den Zimmern nicht nur die Möglichkeit bestünde TV zu schauen, sondern vielleicht auch mal in aller Ruhe in einer Bibel zu lesen. Es gibt eine Organisation (Die Gideons), die in über 180 Ländern der Erde z.B. in Hotels und Ferienwohnungen kostenlos Bibeln auslegt.
