The old Blacksmith building is located in a quite courtyard environment in the center destrict of Berlin in the Perleberger Street 16, close to the new Berlin main train station and the Fritz-Schloß park. The name of the apartment is derived from historical function of the 100 year old building as a service workshop for the near Ulanen barracks which had 1200 horses. The complete flat has about 65 sqm. The former outside wall of the blacksmith building is no part of the living room and bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have queensized beds. The main living roms with live-in kitchen has a movable teak wood table and a small comfortable sofa. The whole apartment offers a comfortable environment in the city centre of Berlin for 4 quests.

Der Harley Anbau ist eine neu renovierte, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt - außer vielleicht eine Verlängerung des geplanten Aufenthaltes! Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, selbst für die erste Tasse Kaffee ist gesorgt. Einen Stadtplan, div. Bücher über Berlin und eine Karte mit nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurantempfehlungen findet man ebenfalls vor. Ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit interessanten Geschichten aus den "alten Zeiten" des historischen Gebäudes rundete diesen Berlinaufenthalt perfekt ab.

Dieses Appartement als "Feriendomizil" zu benennen ist sehr zutreffend. Man wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadtmitte, welche sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen ist. S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt´s um die Ecke. Internet (im Preis inkludiert), Fernseher, DVD-Player, Musikanlage, Zeitschriften und Spiele machen auch einen Regentag oder einen Tag mal ohne Sightseeingtour zu einem gelungenen, entspannten Urlaubstag in Berlin. Ein kleiner aber sehr geschmackvoller Innenhof, mit Parkplatzmöglichkeit, bietet auch Familien mit Kindern (auch kleineren Kindern), die Möglichkeit in sicherer Umgebung mal draußen zu spielen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet, und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Und nicht zuletzt muss man den äußerst freundlichen Vermieter erwähnen, der mit interessanten Geschichten zum Kiez und zum Wohnobjekt ("Kommune 1") aufwarten lässt. Und die bei der Ankunft zusätzlich bereitgestellten Gummibärchen für die Kinder taten ihr Übriges für einen tollen Urlaub in Berlin. Man kann dieses Objekt mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Funktional und wertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit typisch "Berliner Hinterhofcharme". Stadtmitte und trotzdem herrlich still. Unsere Kinder (8 und 11) haben sich ab dem ersten Moment wohlgefühlt und wir können die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Metropole nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und trotzdem sehr angenehm zurückhaltend. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen, vielen Dank!!!

Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr günstig gelegen, so dass man das Auto wirklich nicht braucht.
Die gute Ausstattung und die individuelle Gestaltung der Wohnung ist einfach spitze!
