General information:
With its underwater worlds and its shimmering shoals of colourful fish the Red Sea is a water sports and diving paradise. After only 4 hours flight you enter another world full of kilometre-long beaches, turquoise blue crystal clear water, coral reefs drenched in colour – and all of this with 365 days of sunshine (0 rain days) where it is even pleasant in summer, because of the low humidity. Arrival/departure: check-in after 14.00, check-out before 11.00 or at previously agreed time. Airport transfer: a transfer service to and from the airport is available. You can arrange to be met and attended by a German/English speaking person. Long-term rentals are possible. Allergy-friendly furnishings, particularly suitable for elderly people. A house boy can be hired. Price: available on request.
El Gouna:
El Gouna, the ‘Little Venice’ by the Red Sea, which lies only 20 kilometres from Hurghada, is built on a 10 kilometre-long beach and stands proudly with its unique and multifaceted architecture. El Gouna is a comprehensively equipped resort. It was built on a large 19 million square meter estate which belongs entirely to Orascom’s president Samith Sawiris. El Gouna is spread over various islands and lagoons and offers a wide range of sporting activities, a large number of fine restaurants, bars, discos, many interesting shops and an 18 hole golf course which has official course and slope ratings as calculated by The German Golf Association.
