Photos and Description of this Naples holiday apartment we live 28 km from Naples and Pompeji. Very easy to reach by train or car.

We speak English. My husband ist teacher for german language and I for Sport. If you come to us, you get a lot of informations about teh region and you can travel by your car or by train very easily to all things to see in our region. You will have in the flat Sat-TV, Internet, terrace, Radio, hifi, you can park your car, uoy have a full furnished kitschen and very good price. To go by train tyo Naples it takes 25 minutes.

we live at the beginning of the valley from Naples to Benevento, 28 km from Naples.Our house is 300 metres from the city centre and from railway station. 25 minutes to Naples by train. 10 km from highway junction and 20 minutes from the airport of Naples.

Land und Leute kennen zu lernen

Vincenzo ist ein toller Vermieter der perfekt deutsch spricht und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Preiswert in Süditalien

Wir (dreiköpfige Famile) waren im April 09 in der Ferienwohnung. Wir können diese Wohnung guten Gewissens jedem weiter empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist aussergewöhnlich gut und freundlich, die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend (auch und besonders für Selbstkocher) ausgestattet. Es gibt einen sicheren Parkplatz und sogar deutsches (Sat)Fernsehen. Bei Bedarf hilft der Vermieter in allen "Lebenslagen". Sei es bei Tips für Ausflügen in die Umgebung oder auch mit einem Fahrplan für den Bahnhof in San Felice. Die Wohnung ist immer prima sauber und für 2-(max) vier Personen ausgelegt. Aus unserer Sicht ist Napoli selbst der Hauptausflugsort, aber Achtung: nur geübte Autofahrer sollten es mit dem Auto wagen. Man ist sehr schnell auch in Pompeii, auf dem Vesuv oder an der Amalfiküste. Man lebt ein wenig auf dem "italienichen Land", aber es ist immer noch weitaus lebhafter (besonders in den Abendstunden) als in einer deutschen Stadt! Achtung, kein Missverständnis: in der Wohnung ist es sehr leise und ruhig, man kann sehr gut schlafen! Die herausragende süditalienische Küche kann man auch prima in San Felice selbst geniessen. Im Ristorante XXL Secolo auf der rechten Seite an der Ausfallstraße Ri Napoli gibt es ein super Essen zu einem unübertroffenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für Autofahrer mit Autogas: keine Probleme, besser als in DEU! Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sehr gut ist das vom Gastgeber zur Verfügung gestellte Infomaterial. San Felice ist ein ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Region. (Vesus, Neapel, Pompeij, Küste)
Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Feriendomizil war sehr angenehm und wir empfehlen es gern weiter.
