Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung KAT IV und die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Sehr schön der Blick aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus, die Strandaufgänge in der Nähe, der Brötchenservice im Haus, Haltestelle der Kaiserbäderlinie gleich in der Hinterstraße - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Restaurants Richtung Bansin und Heringsdorf waren an der Strandpromenade in beiden Richtungen in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine wundervolle Woche habe ich in Bansin verbracht. Mein Appartment war sehr einladend, freundlich und modern eingerichtet und ich habe die ruhigen Stunden auf der Terrasse in meinem "eigenen" Strandkorb sehr genossen. Zum wunderbaren Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage wird gemanagt von einem sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Ehepaar. Eine Unterkunft und eine Insel zum Wohlfühlen !!
