Ideal for families with children. The house stands in 400 m² ground surface. It’s only a few minutes to the kilometres-long sandy beach. Les Deveses, (Les Deveses 411) is right on the kilometres-long fine sandy beach of the Orange coast between the little towns of Denia and Oliva. Distance to Valencia and Alicante is approx. 100 km. The golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros in this natural landscape is 4 km away. Another designed by Jose M. Olazabal is 17 km away. Other sports facilities include tennis (hard and sandy court), horse-riding, waterskiing, very good windsurfing. Right on the beach there is a surf school. There are also national and international restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Safari Zoo is only a few kilometres away. *** foryou2009
