On the 300 m² property you will find a swimming pool with loungers and an adjacent terrace with a table, chairs and grill. Furthermore, you will also be able to use a partially covered roof terrace with a beautiful sea view, it is ideal for those who love the sun. The bay of Son Mol can be reached in only a 7 minute walk through a direct path to the sea.

...denn es war bei bestem Wetter und dieser tollen Ruhe einfach himmlisch in diesem perketen Haus abseits und in Ruhe auszuspannen!
Die Kinder konnten rumtoben, waren im Pool oder bei Disney, oder wir waren zusammen Wasserskien und so hatten jeder seine Zeit für sich.

Danke und wir kommen gerne wieder, auch weil die geschmackvolle Einrichtung uns einfach gut gefällt!

Der Kälte entflohen - ins Paradies

Hallo leider kennen wir den letzten Winter nur aus Erzählungen. Wir waren sechs Wochen in diesem Wunderschönen Haus und sind allen Tips vom sehr netten
Vermieter nachgegangen. Es war wunderschön die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, das riesige Grundstück mit Pool und die nähe zu alllen Attraktionen. Dazu das schöne Wetter..na wirklich wie im Paradies. Wir haben jetzt schon Reserviert fürs nächste Jahr. Allen anderen Interessenten können wir nur raten, sich vom Vermieter alle Tips für die Reise und den Aufenthalt geben zu lassen. Wir hatten so ein Tolles Programm. Auch die verkehrsgünstige Lage lud zu Sternfahrten zu anderen Zielen ein. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Schon der nette Kontakt zum Vermieter lange vor unserer Reise hat uns in unserer Wahl bestätigt! Es gab reichlich Informationen über das Haus, über den Ablauf vor Ort und die vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (bis auf die Betten). Kochen macht in dieser tollen Küche wirklich sehr viel Spaß, wenn man Kontakt zu anderen Mietern haben möchte, kann man diesen im Golf-Club finden. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Clermont nach Groveland ist sehr ruhig, wobei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber nicht weit weg sind. Wir haben unsere kurze Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder nach Clermont.

Schöne Weihnachten

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wo man überall die Liebe zum Detail erkennen kann. Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ein Weihnachtsfest dort verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch im Sommer waren wir dort und konnten die Ruhe und die schöne Umgebung genießen. Die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde, haben wir als äußerst angenehm empfunden, nicht zuletzt die Kanufahrten zu erwähnen. Dieses Feriendomizil kann man nur weiterempfehlen, so wie wir das tun. Auch wir werden nicht zum letzten Mal unseren Urlaub dort verbracht haben!

Immer wieder toll - tolle Anlage - tolle Vermieter

Wir sind Floridakenner und haben dementsprechend viel gesehen - aber diese kleine Anlage schlägt fast alles ! Wir waren 5 Jahre hintereinander hier und werden bestimmt noch öfters dort buchen. Sehr familär, ideal für Familien mit Kinder jeden Alters. Das Haus ist so angeordnet, dass man völlig ungestört vor anderen Urlaubern auf seiner Terasse bzw. Patio sitzen kann. Die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück ist unbeschreiblich - außer dem Zirpen der Grillen ist nichts zu hören. Auch dem Vermieterehepaar ist ein großes Lob auszusprechen - immer hilfsbereit und nett...und immer noch einen neuen Tip parat.
