Wonderful house in a beautiful location

Villa Leolino is located on the edge of a small town in a quiet and wonderful corner of Tuscany. My family just returned (July 09) from a week stay there. Most of the photos show the main rental house were we stayed. The house is ever bit as lovely as the photos. Friends were in a second rental apartment on the same property (the owners, if present, would be in the other part of that house). The houses are well maintained and well stocked. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was available. There is a beautiful pool in the back of the garden and lots of terraces for eating outdoors. The property is also located on a network of hiking/biking trails which we took advantage of for jogging and biking. There is even a relatively flat route available after the initial climb from the house (57A). The nearest town is a sleepy village resulting in a very quiet and restful stay at Villa Leolino. A baker stops at the end of the drive if you are interested and delivers deliscious fresh baked bread. Arezzi, Cortona, Florence (amoung other destinations) are all a relatively short car trip away. In the houses are binders full of sight and restaurant recommendations in the area. All in all a delightful place to stay!
One note, the price reflected on Holiday-Rentals is for the main rental house with 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the additional rental apartment and has an additional cost.
Also, I recommend the house for families with young children since the house has a lovely garden and outside spaces, however, there is no fence around the pool, though it is down a flight of stairs, so separate from the rest of the garden.
