Ideal for a family of 4. comfortable and elegant yet practically furnished. The apartment is on 2 floors. The top floor has 2 double bedrooms, both with balconies (one with lake view and the other with internal views). There is a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with an open plan dining/ living area, and a very light and airy living room which gives accessto a private terrace, with a view to the shinning beauty of the Bolsena Lake. The house has been fully remodelled, has private parking, and access to the building through an electronic gate. There is also a gardener who takes care of the plants and flowers, and makes sure that the property is always neat and tidy.
