The small well kept holiday complex of Quinta do Rosal is located in the “Vale del Rei” (Valley of the Kings) a quiet location not far from the well known beaches of Praia da Marinha, Albandeira and the small fishing village of “Benagil”. The holiday resort of Carvoeiro is 10 minutes away by car. There are a large selection of bars and restaurants to be found here. Cities such as Portimão, Lagos and Albufeira are located between 9 and 21 miles away. The complex is located in the centre of the Algarve region, one and a half hours to the Spanish border to the east, and one hour from the most southwesterly point. The west coast of the Algarve is one hour away. The drive through the mountains is breathtaking. You can also make a day trip to Lisbon or Seville, both are roughly 160 miles away.
