Our pretty, bright and spacious flat is furnished in a modern stile and situated in the second (and last) floor of a small complex with 6 properties in a tranquil part of the small beach-village Cala Sant Vicenc. The flat has a big and bright living/dining room with open fire place, Sat TV and a door to the spacious balcony with dining furniture. There is a complete kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with 2 separate beds, a complete bathroom and a guest-WC. On the top of the building is a very big and sunny shared roof terrace with wonderful views over the village to the famous mountain Cavall Bernat. In a private utility room is a washing machine and sun beds. To the two beautiful sand beaches you have to walk only 5 minutes, as well as to the next supermarket.

Nearest Airport: Palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: sa Pobla/Pollenca at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 600 Metres

The small and quiet resort of Cala Sant Vicenc with summer villas and no more than 10 hotels is situated on the extreme north-west coast of the island. Now there are no more fishermen in the bay but a lot of good fish and sea food restaurants. There are two family-friendly sand bays and two mini-bays with stones by the foot of the impressive Cavall Bernat mountain, which rises horizontally out of the sea. In the village center: 2 supermarkets, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, newsagent, bank and bus-stop - nothing else. But about 20 cafés and restaurants are distributed around the village. The bays of C.S.V. are very recommended for snorkeling and diving. C.S.V. takes approx. 7 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by bike (renting in the village) to Pollenca and to Port de Pollenca. It's an ideal place to go hiking and bird watching in the mountains. C.S.V. is not recommended to people who like animation or entertainment by day and by night. It's the best place for families and men of nature.

Notes: The roof terrace is very spacious. Its shared by all owners and their guests. But nobody makes really use of. You are more or less alone on the terrace!

Super Wohnung in guter, ruhiger Lage.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ort in guter Lage und auch Cala Sant Vicenc an sich ist gut gelegen. Es hat selbst schoene Badeplaetze und Restaurants, ist aber auch ein guter Startpunkt um in kurzer Zeit zu anderen schoenen Straenden aber auch Sehenswuerdigkeiten zu gelangen.
Ich war mit meiner Tochter (15) und meinem Sohn (18) anfang Juni 2009 dort.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute, praktische Raumeinteilung.
Besonders gut: Die Vermieterin kennt sich allerbestens auf Mallorca aus und hilft auch gerne mit Tips. Sie hat auch umfangreiche Informationen in der Wohnung ausgelegt.

Meine Kinder und ich danken unserer Vermieterin nochmal sehr fuer die schoene Wohnung und hilfreiche Unterstuetzung!

Natürlich freuen wir uns sehr über diese positive Beurteilung der FeWo La Gruta...
Vielleicht macht sie ja anderen potientiellen Feriengästen Lust, La Gruta und Cala Sant Vicenc einmal auszuprobieren.
