In the grounds there is a large sun terrace, surrounded by a prettily planted small ornamental garden. The pool is about 4 x 8m. On the terrace there are sun-loungers and other garden furniture. A small part of the terrace is covered, providing a shade. There are also sun-blinds that can be extended to give more shade. The terrace directly borders the golf course property.

There are several very good restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach, only about 3 to 5 minutes drive away. Other sports facilities, like tennis and almost every type of water-sports are also available locally. The nearest riding stables are 10 minutes away. The distance to Tenerife South Airport is about 25 km and the North Airport is about 90 km away. The capital Santa Cruz is about 80 km away and Puerto de la Cruz around 110 km. The centre of Adeje, the nearest main town, is about a 5 minute drive away and Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are between a 5 and 15 minute drive. The small fishing village of La Caleta with several fish restaurants is around 15 to 20 minutes away.

The living room

In the living room, there are comfy armchairs and a glass table, a television set with digital satellite connection for the reception of major international radio and TV channels as well as a stereo set with radio, CD player and a DVD player. The dining area is only few steps from the kitchen. The modern kitchen is well-equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, and oven with electric grill, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and much more.

Golf Information:

'Los Lagos': The final 9 holes were located right beside the driving range with a view down to the sea and although they are slightly shorter, technically they are more demanding. The driving range has a wonderful view of the sea. Six lakes make play more interesting and more varied. The driving range: with an area of about 45,000 m² it is arranged in a natural but unusual format. It features three stepped levels. For easier access to the facilities, there is a lift which even accommodates a buggy. The facilities include a driving range pavilion, 2 putting greens and a chipping green. 1998: the first 18 holes of the golf course were opened in October. The golf course was conceived by the architect José Gancedo and was built on a former banana plantation and has 5,000 metres of restored stone walls. 1999: in November, the golf course was host to the BMW Golf Cup International World Final 1999. 2001: the new clubhouse was opened in September, followed by additional 9 holes, called “Los Lagos'. 2003: the 'Canarias Spanish Open 2003' was held there in April.
