It is only 3 walking minutes from our luxury villa to the beautiful sand bay of the Cala Molins in the tranquil resort of Cala Sant Vicenc. The villa is newly built and with a super modern decor (designer furniture) inside. The villa is situated between two by-streets, surrounded by other villas. The house has approx. 170 square meters. On the ground floor: a spacious, bright sitting/dining room on two levels with Sat TV, DVD, CD-player and chimney. It leads to a covered and a sun terrace, the small garden with lawn and the salt water pool (8 x 2,5 sqm). On the ground floor are also a spacious top equipped kitchen with a door to the terrace, a guest-WC and a double bedroom with a shower bathroom (suitable for disabled people) and a door to the terrace. From the living room modern iron steps lead to the first floor with two double bedrooms, each with en-suite-bathrooms, one with shower and each with an own balcony. In the Garage: washing machine and dryer. BBQ, car port.

The small and quiet resort of Cala Sant Vicenc with summer villas and no more than 10 hotels is situated on the extreme north-west coast of the island. Now there are no more fishermen in the bay but a lot of good fish and sea food restaurants. There are two family-friendly sand bays and two mini-bays with stones at the foot of the impressive Cavall Bernat, the mountain which rises horizontally out of the sea. In the village center: 2 supermarkets, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, newsagent, bank and bus-stop - nothing else. But about 20 cafés and restaurants are distributed around the village. The bays are very recommended for snorkeling and diving. C.S.V. takes approx. 7 minutes by car to Pollenca with its Sunday market and to the yacht harbor of Port de Pollenca, 10 minutes to the next golf course and 20 minutes to the famous peninsula of Formentor. C.S.V. is not recommended to people who like animation or entertainment by day and by night. It's the best place for individual people.
