Our small, light and comfortably furnished apartment (46 sq. meters) is situated near the city centre (a 12 minute bus ride to the Vatican) and lies in a quiet dead-end street in the Aurelio-Bravetta quarter. Most residents here are Romans, not tourists, which brings with it some advantages: People in the neighbourhood will treat you nicely, but they won't be out to empty your wallet. Totally relaxed, you can have or buy your breakfast at the bar or shop around the corner, and, in the evening, for example, you can stop in at Mario's for a pizza. The historical districts are easy to reach. At the bus stop just a hundred meters from your front door, the busses go directly to Corso Vittorio Emanuele (Pz. Navona) or to the metro. And, if you go out for a late night of club- and bar-hopping in the city centre, there is also a night bus which will drop you off practically on your doorstep. Naturally we will do our best to accommodate your individual wishes.

The historical districts are easy to reach. At the bus stop just a hundred meters from your front door you can take two bus routes which go to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele and two other bus routes will take you directly to the metro station Cornelia. And, if you go out for a late night of club- and bar-hopping in the city centre, there is also a night bus which will drop you off practically on your doorstep.

We spent, my family and I, 7 days in Rome. We found this flat very convenient, clean and well-maintained, near a bus stop (the ride dowtown - castel santangelo - takes less than half an hour), near a supermarket (about 10 minutes in bus and half an hour by foot) and near a small but beautiful amusement park for children (a 15 minute walk). Our host, Katharina, picked us up at the airport, was very friendly and was always ready to help us with anything we needed.
I highly recommend this flat.

Rom erkunden und sehr nett wohnen

In Rom unter Römern wohnen - wenige Meter entfernt von Bushaltestellen, die in die gesamte Stadt führen und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Bäcker, Metzger und vielen anderen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen. Ein sehr nettes Restaurant ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden auch in Zukunft Rom nur von dort aus erkunden.

Abgeholt vom Flughafen und direkt ins Casa Torriani - versehen mit den wichtigsten Tips - besser konnte unser Rom-Urlaub nicht beginnen. Kurz und bündig: wir genossen die Ferienwohnung und sie war uns ein gutes Zuhause!
Nicht zu vergessen: eine Schale mit frischem Obst ist doch ein schöner Willkommensgruss.

knuddelige, sehr saubere, komplett ausgestattete wohnung - eine oase der ruhe nach einem anstrengenden tag in der city, trotz 35 grad draußen, drinnen schön kühl, stadtteil sehr familiär, bars, restaurants, geschäfte, markt um die ecke und dabei deutlich günstiger als das zentrum. von hier lässt sich nahezu jedes winkelchen in rom problemlos per bus/metro/bahn/tram oder zu fuß erreichen , super nette persönliche betreuung durch die vermieterin mit fahrservice zum airport

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Ruhige Lage, alles in der Nähe, perfekte Verbindung in die Stadt. Betreuung seitens Vermieterin, die stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, hat unser Aufenthalt deutlich vereinfacht.

Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
