Our house with a separate apartment is located in the urbanization of Monte Pedreguer in the back country of the Costa Blanca and is inhabited year-round by the owners. The property is located in a peaceful residential area and can be comfortably reached through wide streets. A private parking space is available for guests. From the secluded pool terrace (southern location), you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the mountainous world. The pool can be used exclusively by guests of this apartment. A lovely well-kept, Mediterranean garden with a BBQ area caters for your rest and relaxation needs. Our apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes and discovery tours in the mainland and on the coast. Multiple golf courses are located nearby. Shopping facilities and markets can be found in Pedreguer, Denia and Javea. A car is necessary.

The cities Denia and Javea are developed, old Spanish harbour cities with a very different character. There is no mass tourism with large high rise buildings. Nevertheless, the life in the cities is filled with the Mediterranean lust for life. Harbour piers with sailboats, promenades surrounded by palm trees and streets shaded by plants with their cafes, restaurants and shops invite you to visit until late into the night, and the colourful markets offer a diverse selection for all tastes. Both cities are located at the foot of the 750 m high 'Montgo' mountain and have large marinas and a small fishing harbour where fresh fish can be purchased. In Denia you will find kilometres of inviting beaches for long walks during the winter, and also bizarre cliff bays, ideal for snorkelling. In both cities a variety of festivals occur throughout the year. The Fallas in March and the colourful festivals in memory of the Moorish reign during the Medieval period are well known.

Wir hatten wieder einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Verschiedene Sitzplätze um den Pool laden zu jeder Tageszeit zum Faulenzen ein. Die Blütenpracht verrät den "grünen Daumen" der Hausherrin. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit und geben auf Wunsch Tipps für Wanderungen und Kultur. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen.Wir können dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Ein traumhaft ruhiger Urlaub

Der Urlaub war einfach herrlich und dies lag in erster Linie an dem netten Appartement und den sehr netten Vermietern!

Das Appartement, mit großzügigem Pool mit wunderbarer Aussicht ist sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig komplett ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter sind stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.
Ein Auto ist allerdings unumgänglich, da die Wohnung etwas abgelegen aber dafür auch sehr ruhig gelegen ist.
Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln!!!

Vielen Dank noch einmal aus Krefeld.

Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum Faulenzen ein. Der Blick über das Tal und zum Meer ist gigantisch. Ratschläge geben die Vermieter gerne.Sie stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Gerne empfehlen wir die Ferienwohnung weiter.

Tolle Aussicht, schönes Appartment.....

Schönes und gepflegtes Appartment, mit Pool direkt vor der Tür und toller Aussicht. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Die Ferienwohnung ist in ruhger Lage und ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu allen möglichen Ausflugszielen, ob zum Wandern oder an den Strand etc. Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienappartement, praktische Einrichtung, sauberer und gepflegter Zustand. Absolut ruhig gelegen.
Pool und Poolterasse eignen sich hervorragend zum Entspannen. Auto ist absolut zu empfehlen - schöne Besichtigungstouren entlang der Costa Blanca möglich. DA ist für jeden etwas dabei :-))
