The traditionally built Pilionhaus stands at the edge of the popular mountain village of Lafkos. At a distance of only five minutes by foot from the village square, it offers a heavenly view of the Pagasitikos (Gulf of Volos). The house has a stove in the ground floor and two open fireplaces in the upper floor and is therefore habitable all-year round. Its beautiful wood-work and classic-modern furnishing is captivating. It offers every kind of comfort for self-supporter. The extremely large property of 1000 qm has innumerable accommodation facilities. With two beds on each level, it is best suited for a family with two children. Likewise, you can stay on both the levels as there are two combined living-sleeping areas on each level. Despite that, you are situated in the centre of Lafkos, it is a refuge for peace and relaxation, as the old town of Lafkos is maintained extensively car-free. The lake is at a distance of approx. 10 minutes by car.

Lafkos is a typical Greek mountain village which rules supreme over the Gulf of Volos. Thus, a wonderful view of the enchanting sea and highlands is offered from most of the locations. The village itself is captivating through its winding alleys with all traditional houses, most of which were lovingly restored in recent times. Its centrality is impressed through the good connection to the golf courses and Aegean sides and to the county town of Argalasti, where a weekly market also takes place and where the nearest health care centre is located. Everything is within walking distance, so that, those visiting for the first-time can take care of daily needs without the use of a car. Those, who do not wish to live directly in the hustle and bustle of the surrounding seaside resorts, are in good hands in Lafkos. Lafkos is not touristy and is especially loved by the natives.
