This is a ground level holiday apartment in a small complex (only 5 units) with a communal pool and private parking space. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, integrated kitchen in the living room, SAT-TV, wash room with washing machine and dryer, all electrical appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice presser, iron/ironing board). Additionally, you will find an electric towel holder in the bathroom, fireplace in the living room and air conditioning warm/cold, terrace with teak dining table and sun loungers. The apartment is located near the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or. The closest bay is located about 5 minutes away by foot. The beautiful natural bay of Cala Mondrago can be reached in about a 10-minute drive. Palma and the airport are about 60 km away. The communal roof terrace offers a place to sunbathe - particularly during the winter months. Arrival day in July + August: Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The rest of the months on request.

Schöne Ferien in Cala d`Or

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung zwei schöne Wochen verbracht!

Trotz Hochsaison war diese Wohnung immer eine Oase der Ruhe!
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Vermieterin wohnt auch im Haus, so das immer ein Ansprechpartner zugegen ist!

Es gibt zwei Schlafräume, ein Bad mit Dusche, sowie einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, die Mahlzeiten werden auf der Balkon/ Terasse eingenommen, wo ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen steht, außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Handtücher sind genug vorhanden ( auch Badetücher ). Draußen stehen 3 Liegen, dazu sind auch Auflagen vorhanden.
Am Gemeinschaftspool stehen ebenfalls genug Liegen zu Verfügung. Pool groß und sehr sauber ( wird regelmäßig kontrolliert ung gereinigt vom Poolservice). Kein Handtuchkrieg!!!
Zu unserer Urlaubszeit waren noch zwei andere Wohnungen im Haus vermietet, trozden war es sehr ruhig im Haus und am Pool!
Cala d`Or ist ein sehr schöner Ort, kein Massentourismus und keine Bettenburgen. Auto ist von Vorteil, da der Ort nur kleine Badebuchten hat und diese natürlich zur Hauptsaison voll sind, also muß man auf größere Buchten in der näheren Umgebung ausweichen!

Fahrzeit vom Flughafen ca 50 Min.
