The bathroom is spacious and has a bath with shower, bidet, WC and a wash basin. There are a table and chairs plus two sun loungers on the big terrace. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided.

Notes to the rental rates

• The price of this holiday apartment is € 60 per day for 2 people. Each additional person over the age of 13 is charged with € 10, and from 2 to 13 years € 5 per day. Final cleaning is charged as one extra day’s rent. A cot and high-chair are provided free of charge for a baby or toddler under the age of 2. Between 21st of December and 6th of January, the price for 2 people is € 72 per day.

The 'Los Palos' golf course is only about 5 minutes away by car. Other golf courses are around 10 minutes away. It’s about 10 minutes to Los Cristianos or Las Americas too. The beaches at Palm-Mar or Las Galletas are also within a 10 minute drive. The South Airport is 10 minutes away. The North Airport, 60 minutes.

Although the airport is just a few kilometres away, there is absolutely no flight noise here. The apartment was only completed in 2000 and is very attractive and well appointed as the furniture, textiles and décor have been colour-coordinated. It has a living space of about 72 m² and a wonderful, quite secluded sun terrace of around 60m². The view from the terrace of Tenerife’s mountains and the Atlantic is simply magnificent. The living rooms and bedrooms are on the third floor; the terrace is accessed from the sitting room via stairs. The house is equipped with a lift and is, therefore, suitable for elderly guests too.
