Charming luxurious apartment under the roof right in the middle of Prenzlberg
This luxurious apartment is owned by an international artist who is only occasionally in Berlin. It is located in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg, a top location in Berlin. Being on the top floor (elevator) right under the roof of a beautifully renovated house, it is flooded with sunlight and oozes with charm. The living room has a fireplace, a small protected roof terrace, huge windows that open like Spanish doors and lead to the roof terrace. Throughout living room, hall and bedroom wooden floor and Persian carpets. Right in front of the house downstairs are a lot of restaurants and cafés. You can't live nicer in Berlin. Perfekt for business people and visitors of trade fairs, exhibitions, Messe.

Everybody knows that Berlin is quite hip. That there are hundreds of museums and galleries and that the cultural life and the nightlife are quite wild is known as well. So I just will give some information about the street right in front of the house: Cobble stones, old trees, beautifully renovated houses, cafés and restaurants at every corner, a huge park around the corner, next tram station 2 min. But the nicest things about this street are the tables the restaurants and cafés put on the street. They give this street and area a flair which reminds me of the city where I live: Paris.
