Hier wurde uns nichts versprochen, was wir dann nicht vorgefunden hätten. Eine solide und für gehoben Ansprüche ausgestattete Wohnung in einer herrlichen ruhigen Wohngegend und doch so zentral zu beiden Bädern Heringsdorf wie Ahlbeck.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wer eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung auf Usedom sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Stereoanlage, Fernseher, Top-Küche, ein schönes Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich inkl. Meerblick laden zum Urlaub ein. Bedwäsche, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Villa liegt genau in der Mitte der zwei Kaiserbäder Ahlbeck und Heringsdorf. Unmittelbare Strandnähe und direkte Anbindung an die Promenade kann ich für einen Urlaub mit Kindern wirklich empfehlen (max. 4 Pers. + Kleinkind).

Top Ferienwohnung mit hervorragender Ausstattung.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwa auf Hälfte der Strecke zwischen den Seebrücken Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck in unmittelbarer Nähe der Promenade. Alles war auf das Beste für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorbereitet, man muss auch nicht einen kompletten Umzug planen, da auch an Kleinigkeiten, wie Salz, Pfeffer und Klopapier natürlich gedacht war. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die technischen Geräte sind auf hohem Niveau, Internet war sofort verfügbar. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Bibliothek/Videothek, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Ein Highlight der Ferienwohnung ist der Essplatz mit Blick zur Ostsee und auf andere schöne Villen. Einfach herrlich das Frühstück: Die Fenster gehen nach Osten.
Obwohl in unmittelbarer Umgebung eine Busstation ist empfiehlt sich Anreise mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas entfernt, aber dank der Nähe zu Swinemünde (Polen) auch sonntags geöffnet.

Insgesamt: Unbedingt empfehlenswert
