Countryhouse in picturesque location in the pre-Alps (3 apts)
In the village Pollone in 600 m height on the feet of the Alps of the province of Biella last year was concluded the work of rebuilding and restructuring this beautiful country house. It is on the ground floor with a wide terrace and a gorgeous view. The apartment is spacious, full of light and very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, DVD, heating). There is one sleeping room with a double bed, a bathroom with window, a spacious living room with a sleeping couch for two adults and a cooking area. The furnishing is a nice mixture of old-fashioned and modern pieces. To the cascina Moia belongs a wide and fenced green area kept as a lawn and fruit garden. There is a private parking place. The owners are two young sisters, who enthusiastically take care of the property and its guests. They do not live in the Cascina Moia but at a short distance.

Pollone is a small village in the pre Alps of Northwest Italy, by the town of Biella. It has an ideal position to enjoy an active vacation in the nature. Beautiful surroundings with woods, lawn and mountains with breathtaking views on the plain. This country house is a few minutes walk from the centre of the village, where you will find shops and all facilities. In just 300 m distance there is the entrance to the beautiful natural park La Burcina, where you will find wonderful marked walks. In few Minutes by car you will find several sanctuaries with interesting architectural features. In just 6 km you reach Biella, a small elegant town, where shopping is a pleasure.
