Our house is located in a sunny southern slope location on the edge of the town of Oberjoch directly on the ski slopes and trails. It is a semi-detached house with an independent residential unit. It is an ideal starting point for mountain and hiking tours, mountain biking, swimming or simply for relaxing. During the winter, it is ideal for all types of winter sports thanks to the location directly by the ski lift and the cross-country trails. The climatic spa Oberjoch has a unique climate for those with allergies, there is no mildew and little pollen. Relaxation for the entire family is offered here along with countless attractions nearby. Our accommodation is child-friendly, pets are allowed on request.

The winter sport and aromatic spa region Oberjoch is located on the southern end of the Allgaeu Alps near the Austrian border. Füssen and the royal palaces with the Neuschwanstein castle, the historical old city of Kempten, the ski flying in Oberstdorf or the Zuspitze in Garmisch Partenkirchen can be reached in about 30 to 45 minutes by car. In about 1.5 hours you are in Munich, for a shopping tour, to visit the Allianz soccer arena or to Oktoberfest.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, und dabei modern eingerichtet (nicht wie viele der Wohnungen im Allgäu im "bayerischen Landhausstil", der uns nicht so zusagt).

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt (auch wenn der Fernseher zu EM-Zeiten etwas größer sein dürfte ;-), besonders das Schlafzimmer auf der offenen Galerie ist toll.

Da wir mit dem Mountainbikes unterwegs waren, haben wir auch die Möglichkeit, die Räder im Keller abzustellen, sehr geschätzt!

Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute Bechreibung, ideale Lage für Wandertouren. Sehr nette Vermieter, Sauberkeit und Zustand in Ordnung, Ausstattung für 5 Personen etwas zu dürftig. Schwimmbadbenutzung im Nachbarhaus unzweckmäßig und erst nach Abklärung möglich. Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten im Ort etwas dürftig.

Ein super schönes Feriendomizil mitten drin !!! Die Räume sind sehr hell und vermittlen so ein großzügiges Rumgefühl. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Leute sind sehr nett - wir konnten uns fühlen wie zu haus. HIer her kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Urlaub wie "zu Hause"

In dem vollausgestatteten Haus fehlt es an nichts, es ist hell, freundlich und gemütlich. Die Piste liegt 20m entfernt....wir fahren immer mit den Skiern zur Piste und von der Piste wieder ans Haus. Die Menschen dort sind freundlich und zuvorkomment. Die Oma ist klasse. Skikeller, Terasse zur Sonnenseite und alles was das Herz begehrt. Warum in die Ferne schweifen, wenn das allgäu liegt so nah. Rund um Oberjoch gibts alles. Man muss nie mehr nach Österreich oder in die Schweiz fahren - im Schneewittchen ist Sommers wie Winters alles Bestens. Wir freuen uns auf den urlaub im nächsten Jahr - wie jedes Jahr.
