The studio “Oceano” lays in a quiet and private location in San Eugenio alto, the best place of Playa las Amaricas. This zone grants you good and warm weather all the year. The studio uses a living space of approx. 50 sqm and consists of living room with enclosed bedroom, dining area, fully fitted American kitchen, bath room, and west terrace with wooden table and chairs. Kitchen is with coffee machine, toaster, 2 hub ceran plates, fridge and washing machine. Bedrooms combined with living room, separated with wall divider. Bathroom has a shower. You have an own garage next to the studio which allows you to leave your golf bag in the car. Sat-TV-Equipment, Stereo-Radio with CD-Player. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are only 2-3 minutes away from the studio. Within 20 minutes you walk to the beaches. 15 km to the airport. Renting a car is not essential.
