The village 'Palm Mar' located at the south end of the island is an ideal place for relaxed holidays. The apartment lies in a quiet residential area with large common pool which is only a few meters far away from the apartment. It is just a short walk to the sea. All the year sunny weather and also at wintertime warm climate. It contains a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is in u-shape with e-plates ceran hub, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. Sat-TV-Equipment and CD-player. There are enough towels and linen in the apartment. Please bring your own beach towels. Living space approx. 50 sqm Outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby. Only 500 m to the sea. 10 km to the airport.
