Prestigious house in Tuscany, in the noble location of Forte dei Marmi, home to many celebrities! Can also be rented for up to a year! Designer furnishings. Impressive architecture, a variety of styles, 2 floors, large tiled terrace, 6 houses within the residence, electric gate! Parking places inside! Magnificent panoramic view, only 1½ km from the sea, easy to reach by bicycle. From the terrace behind you have a wonderful view against the backdrop of the Apennines. Room layout: Ground floor: terrace in front, living room, separate kitchen, 2 entrances to the garden, which for the most part is tiled and easy to tend. First floor: 2 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bathroom with bathtub! Roofed, enclosed outdoor seating area. Elegant furnishings, cotto floor throughout the house. The house is surrounded by olive gardens in the middle of the wonderful Tuscan countryside and the typical Mediterranean pine forests towards the sea. All types of activities can be practiced nearby house.

Central location, allows you to spend your vacation on the 25 km long beach at Versilia, which has exclusive ‘bagni’, the usual bathing facilities and a nudist beach. Visit the most important towns in Tuscany: La Spezia, Pisa, Lucca, the noble location of Forte dei Marmi and our particular favourite: Pietrasanta, the ‘art city’, the city of Botero, the famous painter and sculptor, Florence can be easily reached by train, either from Forte dei Marmi or from Viareggio. Not far away are the ‘cinque terre’ with the famous hiking trail: Via dell’amore and Italy’s best cape: Portovenere, the treasure island of Palmaria is close by. You can take an excursion boat to visit one of the grottos, like Grotta Azzurra. Marble quarries in the hinterland, go mushroom picking in the Apennines, superb beachside walks with your dog under the warm Toscan sun. On Wednesdays there a famous designer market in Forte dei Marmi: Armani, Gaultier, Laura Biagiotti, Pollini, Prada, Krizia, Cavalli, Moschino.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach korrekt den vorher gemachten Angaben.
Die Frau des Vermieters ist Deutsche und es war vorher und nachher ein sehr netter Kontakt.
Forte dei Marmi ist ein sehr schöner Ort, kein Massen- oder Billigtourismus, Preise entsprechend, wie in Deutschland.
Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum, sehr ruhig, es ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen kleinen schattigen Aussenbereich.
Da wir immer selbst gekocht haben, können wir zu Restaurants keine Angaben machen.
Besonders Lucca in der Nähe ist einen Ausflug wert, unbedingt Fahrräder mieten und oberhalb (flach) um Lucca herumfahren, es ist traumhaft! Pisa ohne den schiefen Turm wäre keine Reise wert.
Alles in Allem war Alles bestens.

sehr gut, perfekte Ausstattung

Sehr sehr schönes Domizil mit vor allem sehr kompletter Ausstattung. Dies betrifft insbesondere massenhaft Hand-und Geschirrtücher, aber auch einen voll ausgestattete Küche. Wir machen seit ungefähr 8 Jahren 2 mal im Jahr in Ferienwohnungen Urlaub, hatten aber noch nie eine solche Küche ! Alles Geschirr mehrfach, zig Töpfe, Pfannen, Schalen, etc., großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, großer Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und vor allem ein traumhafter Herd (2xCeran, 2xGas, 1 große integrierte rechteckige Grillfläche auf Stein, 1 großer rechteckiger "heißer Stein", Backofen mit allen Funktionen)
=> Alle Angaben des Vermieters prinzipiell korrekt´. Lediglich die auf den Bildern gezeigte Hecke soll das "Gärtchen" repräsentieren, für uns mehr oder weniger eine große Terrasse. Aber um es klar zu sagen: Diese gefließte Terrasse eben doch im Grünen war unser heißgeliebter geräumiger Frühstücks- und Abendbrotplatz.
Ob man die Möbel als "Designer-Möbel" bezeichnet, lässt sich streiten, aber: Alle Möbel sind sehr hochwertig und lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Hinzu kommt, daß man auch noch drei Fahrräder zur Verfügung hat, Spielgeräte, ...
Wir haben es richtig genossen, die ca. 15 min. mit dem Fahrrad problemlos (mit unseren beiden 10-13 jährigen Kindern) zum Strand zu fahren.

Klare Aussage: Sehr sehr gutes Feriendomizil.
Wir überlegen (obwohl wir das noch nie gemacht haben) dieses Domizil wieder zu buchen.
