The villa is a beautiful house of the mountain regions of Majorca. Located on the outskirts of the popular town of Pollença, renowned for its artistic and cosmopolitan atmosphere and a short drive from the sweeping bay of Pollença with its pretty harbour and fashionable restaurants. Perched on the hillside this one level villa offers fabulous views of the Tramuntana mountains with peaceful Mediterranean gardens and lawn surrounding the swimming pool (8X4 metres and a depth of 90.199cm). There is a lovely barbecue area. The interior of the house is decorated throughout with simple rustic furnishings and offers two double rooms - one with twin beds the other with a double bed and one singleroom. On entering the house you find a large living room area, the kitchen has fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is a lovely long porched terrace area that runs the length of house with table and chairs, protected from the midday sun by hanging vines.

The villa is set in the northern Tramuntana Mountains on the outskirts of the roman town of Pollença with its fabulous cultural centre. Narrow twisted lanes opening onto leafy squares lined with cafés and bars invite you to simply sit back and enjoy the view. The house is decorated in a simple rustic style, the villa wooden beamed ceilings and cool terracotta floors complimented by the typical Mediterranean furniture. Outside is a secluded swimming pool and a wonderful shaded terrace with dining area and barbecue.

Traumhafte Finca auf dem Land

Wir haben zwei Wochen auf dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle, abgeschiedene und uneinsehbare Lage (für FKK-Fans) inmitten von landwirtschaftlich genutzten Feldern mit Schafen und Olivenbäumen. Das unbedingt erforderliche Auto kann auf dem Grundstück unter einem Carport abgestellt werden.Die Haus- und Kücheneinrichtung ist komplett und sauber. Sämtliche Mahlzeiten haben wir auf der überdachten Terrasse eingenommen. Der grosse private Pool war ebenfalls sauber und wurde von uns täglich, auch dank Außendusche genutzt. Durch die schnelle Anbindung an die Autobahn (nicht zu hören) erreicht man alle Ziele in kurzer Zeit. Die einzigen negativen Dinge waren: die mittelmäßigen Betten, die für Spanien üblichen Bettdecken und die Tiergeräusche (Hundegebell, Hahnengeschrei) in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen.
Diese romantische Finca kann von uns aber nur empfohlen werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ein perfekter Ort für Ruhe und Erholung

Erst heut komme ich dazu eine Bewertung abzugeben.
Die Seite ist auf unserm Rechner immer noch unter den Favoriten gespeichert, dies wird auch so bleiben ! Wir haben auf der Finca vom 03. bis 19.06. zu zweit einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht.Es war einfach alles perfekt,... jeden morgen im herrlich grossem Pool geschwommen, die Ruhe genossen.
Wir haben uns in die Landschaft wieder neu verliebt, den Ort Campanet, die liebenswerten Bewohner in unser Herz geschlossen.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, super sauber, wie alles andere in der Finca auch. Ein Ort zum absoluten Wohlfühlen.
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Ruhe und Erholung

Wir ( 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder, 12 u. 13 J.) haben vom 30.07. bis 13.08.2009 in der wunderschönen Finca unseren Urlaub verbracht. Den große Pool fanden unsere Mädchen so klasse, dass wir nur selten zum Meer gefahren sind. Sogar eine Außendusche war vorhanden. Bei den anderen Duschen kam jedoch sehr wenig Wasser aus den Leitungen, das könnte jedoch für Spanien typisch sein!? Uns fehlte es an nichts. Das Haus war perfekt eingerichtet. In einem Schlafzimmer roch es etwas moderig, was wahrscheinlich an den alten Möbeln lag. Für uns war das allerdings unerheblich, da wir das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht benötigten. Statt dessen haben wir uns das Lattenrost für unsere ältere Tochter geholt, da die Betten in dem Doppelbettenzimmer nicht so gut waren. Die Ruhe und der Charme des Hauses sind jedoch
einmalig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

meine frau und ich waren von 19.6.-26.6.2009 auf der finca !
unsere erwartungen wurden übertroffen !!! die finca ist wunderschön!! sie ist vollständig ausgerüstet , mit küche( kühlschrank, wasserkocher,kaffeemaschiene, herd und backofen) , gemütlichen wohnzimmer ( wir hatten mehr fernseherprogramme als zuhause) , wunderschöner terrasse mit gartenmöbel, super grill und riesigen pool !!! die lage ist abgeschieden( ein mietwagen ist notwendig ). die betreung durch jose ist superfreundlich!! einkaufsladen in 5 minuten(auto) erreichbar!!
die finca ist gepflegt und sauber !! gute restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen ( fragt jose) . durch die in 10 autominuten erreichte autobahn ist die finca auch ein guter ausgangspunkt für ausflüge ! die finca ist absolut uneinsehbar- fkk also kein problem !! wir würden die finca weiterempfehlen ! achso - fast vergessen : die betten könnten ein wenig bequemer sein und der strand ist doch eher 40 minuten entfernt - ansonsten perfekt!!!
