Calm and cozy villa with seven guest rooms, self-catering, situated in the middle of the noble residential area 'Las Maravillas' in Arenal. 4 minutes walk to the sandy beach of 'Playa de Palma'. 75 m² large living room with Penthouse-character (large window front on three sides), open fire-place and a place to dine for six persons. In the complete and modern arranged kitchen is an additional dining table which seats five persons, two large refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry. Two of the three double rooms (rooms # 1 and # 2) share the bathroom with a comfortable massage-shower, WC and washbasin. The room # 3 has its own bathroom en suite with massage-bathtub, shower, WC and bidet. In the ground floor we have a small self-contained flat with separate entrance with own bathroom en suite (bath tub, shower and wash basin) and one additional double room, number four is downstairs with bath ensuite and five is near the pool. Room number six and seven are in the 1. floor.

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the sandy beaches and the attractions of Arenal. Here you find all what you expect for a beautiful holiday. Palma de Majorca as the capital city is reachable by bus in 15 minutes or by car in 10 minutes. Its is only 5 km far away to the city center of Palma. To the famous 6km long sandy beach you have only 200m. The villa is situated very quiet in an urbanisation with only villas and chalets. In five minutes you go to the center of the nightlife on the Playa de Palma: discos, restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes, shops, supermarkets, rentals services for cars and bikes, Palma-Aquarium, golf, minigolf, tennis, nearly all, what you search in your holiday. It is a perfect point to start your trips to Palma on to discover the island, in only 1000 m you are on the highway exit 10. Busses you have every 8 minutes to Palma untill late in the morning. Ich war Teilnehmer einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten. Das Haus hatte ein Freund organisiert. Zunächst lag etwas Skepsis vor, da das Haus doch recht nah an der Party-Zone von Arenal liegt. Das Haus liegt aber absolut ruhig aber dennoch recht nah zum Strand. Lärm hört man hier keinen.

Das Haus an sich ist ideal, wenn man eine große Gruppe hat, die auch einen zentralen Aufenthaltsort haben will - das sind dann Pool, der Grillbereich oder das Wohnzimmer. Hier war genug Platz für alle vorhanden.

Da im Haus viele gute Gegenstände sind, empfiehlt sich der Abschluss der vom Vermieter angebotenen Versicherung - wer will schon bei 14 Leuten einen Schaden ausschliessen.

Werde das Haus bei der nächsten Gruppen-Reise nach Malle bestimmt wieder in Erwägung ziehen.
Owner's Response: Da unser Anwesen in der vierten bzw. sechsten Meereslinie liegt, ist von der Partymeile nichts zu hören, man sieht nicht einmal ein Hotel von der Villa aus. Auf der anderen Seite ist man in drei Gehminuten am Strand und Meer. Und in fünf oder zehn Gehminuten ist man am Bierkönig oder am Ballermann 6 mitten im Nachtleben. Mit unseren sieben Doppelzimmern für 14 Personen ist unser Ferienhaus das einzige und größte an der Playa de Palma in dieser Qualität und mit dieser Kapazität. Danke für den netten Besuch der Gruppe aus Deutschland. Ihr seid gerne wieder Willkommen.

Waren mit 13 Männern vom 25.09.-29.09.2010 anläßlich einer Kegeltour in der Villa.
Bis zu Schinkenstraße geht man 20 Minuten, Lage für Ballermänner also noch akzeptabel.
Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht,Pool, Grillplatz, geräumige Küche,
Tischtennisplatte,TV usw.
Leider hatten wir in dieser Zeit mit der auf Mallorca herrschenden Mückenplage zu kämpfen.
Für Kegeltouren in größeren Gruppen absolut zu emphfelen.

Unser Urlaub ist leider schon vorbei. Aber es war super!
Wir waren alle (Reisegruppe mit 14 Personen aus Deutschland) wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Villa war toll!
Der Strand super, Party spitze und es hat uns allen einfach richtig Spaß gemacht.
Sogar so sehr, dass wir überlegt haben nächstes Jahr noch mal zu kommen...
Man kann die Villa wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, besonders für größere Reisegruppen einfach ideal mit den vielen Schlafzimmern und der großen Sonnenterrasse.
Der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg und wirklich schön!
Owner's Response: Zuerst hatten wir Bedenken, als wir die Anfrage dieser relativ jungen Urlaubsgruppe erhalten haben, da immer viele Schäden passieren und manchmal Probleme mit der Nachbarschaft wegen Ruhestörungen entstehen. Doch diese Gruppe hat sich vorbildlich verhalten und die angefallenen Schäden waren durch unsere Ferienhaus-Schadenshaftpflichtversicherung voll gedeckt. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen auf Mallorca und empfehlen auch dieses Jahr wieder, die Reservierung bei Fewo-Direkt.de mit der kostenlosen "HomeAway Ohne-Sorgen-Garantie" möglichst früh zu machen.

Ideal für große Gruppe zum Relaxen

Wir waren im September 09 mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten hier. Wie vorab mit dem Vermieter besprochen, war ein early Check Inn gegen einen geringen Aufpreis möglich - lohnt sich für Frühflieger auf alle Fälle. Der gesamte Check Inn lief wie besprochen und dauerte gerade einmal 15 Minuten. Der Hausmeister hat dann auch gleich den Pool gereinigt.

Das Haus ist genial gelegen. 200 m zu Fuss zum Strand von Playa de Palma. Wenn man bedenkt, dass dort auch die großen Hotelburgen und diverse Kneipen sind, ist es um das Haus herum jedoch sehr ruhig. Von dem Lärm bekommt man komplett nichts mit. Man kann den ganzen Tag am Pool entspannen.

Das Haus ist tatsächlich für 14 Personen locker zu nutzen - wir waren zwar nur 10 aber hatten jede Menge Platz. Im Haus sind alle benötigten Gegenstände enthalten - allein 4 oder 5 Kühlschränke haben wir gezählt. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und Bäder sind auch genug vorhanden.

Der beste Teil ist der Poolbereich mit großer Liegefläche und dem Außen-BBQ Bereich. Wer möchte, kann hier den ganzen Tag am Pool liegen, den Grill laufen lassen und relaxen.

Fazit: Für eine große Gruppe, die Erholung sucht, aber auch die Nähe zu den nächtlichen Aktivitäten haben möchte, ist das Haus ideal. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Die Villa Playa de Palma war für unsere Reisegruppe von 10 jungen Leuten ideal. Das schöne, geräumige Haus, mit Pool und klimatisierten Schlafzimmern, ist ideal gelegen in Strandnähe und etwa 5-10 Gehminuten von der Partyhochburg Ballermann 6 entfernt. Alle Kontakte, sowohl von der Vermieteung, als auch vor Ort waren sehr hilfreich und nett. Es war rundum ein super Urlaub. Gerne wieder und nur weiter zu empfehlen!
