Dr. Muxel's house was newly rebuilt in the modern Alpine style in the summer of 2004. The holiday homes, on a beautiful, high and sunny south-facing slope, offer a free panoramic view of the village and our very own Omeshorn. Our small guests will also feel comfortable with us: we provide cribs and a child safety seat. You are not permitted to smoke in the apartment. Rent on request.

Beautiful apartment of approx. 65 m² which accommodates 2-4 persons. Convenient for families and seniors as the garden is located on the ground floor. Private access from outside. Furnishings: 1 large bedroom, 1 combined living & bedroom. Each has its own seating arrangement, coffee table, TV, Radio/CD, shower/WC. Wireless LAN for laptop. Safe. 1 separate kitchenette, well- equipped (dish washer, ceramic cooking range, large refrigerator with freezer). All living rooms have large front windows (with roller blinds), hence, all living rooms are very bright and sunny. In the summer months you have direct access to our beautiful flower garden from all living rooms. Garden furniture and deck chairs are provided. Hand towels, bed linen, sauna, breakfast service, guest tax and final cleaning are included in the rent. Washing machine and dryer charge per washing cycle is € 5. Free car parking space near the house. You have a marvelous view of Lech and the mountain panorama. Rent on request.

Dr. Muxel’s house is located in Lech close to the fire station and the museum of local history. You can catch the free local and tour buses on the main street close to the house. These bring you to the Lech centre as well as the cable car stations in summer at regular intervals. You can reach the village centre in approx. 10 minutes by foot. It is only a couple of steps to the beautiful hiking trail 'Flühenweg' which leads you to the church from both the Stubenbach district as well as the centre of Lech.

Ski: We have a beautiful skiing region in Lech, which can meet all requirements, from beginner slopes to the most demanding red and black exit options. The region is suited for wonderful ski tours. There are well-trained ski tutors and ski leaders to meet all your requirements. You can book them via the Lech ski school. We have excellent ski-kindergartens and ski schools for the smallest skiers.
