This complex consists of 2 holiday apartments in a detached two-family house on a site measuring approximately 900 m2 with 25 m of quay wall, the garden being adjacent to the Sea Water Canal (boat moorings). The garden has beautiful palms, green lawn and a goldfish pond on the inner terrace. The complex is situated in a quiet residential area (side street with no through traffic). In the Sea Water Canal garden on request cost-free moorings are available. Each apartment has a designated car parking area outside the house. In the town there are countless shops (including Lidl and Aldi). There are all sorts of food outlets and leisure opportunities. The path to the kilometre-long sandy beach is about 800 m long, or you could sail your own boat into the sea directly from your house. You’ll love all the sports facilities. Whatever your interest, you’ll be enchanted by all the places to visit.

This apartment with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet has carpet tiles in the living and sleeping areas, and all windows (PVC with double glazing) are fitted with roller blinds and insect guards. The kitchen and dining areas are very well equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has electric central heating, the living room and bedrooms have climate control (for heating and cooling). The apartment has its own staircase and outside the apartment there is an 18 m2 terrace with garden furniture for 5 – 6 persons. On the sun terrace of approximately 9.2 m there are 2 deck chairs and 1 lounger at your disposal. The apartment has access to the garden and the sea water canal. (boat moorings). On site, at the front of the house there is a designated car parking area at your disposal.

Ampuriabrava, the largest marina in the Mediterranean, contains about 35 km of navigable sea water canals, to which the majority of large houses and villas are adjacent. If you like nature, there are kilometres of low-gradient sandy beaches, as well as pedestrian and bicycle paths in the nature reserve surrounding it, and behind. Pure relaxation. It’s easy to get to historic towns like Rosas with its ancient citadel or Castello de Ampurias with its historic old town and basilica by bike or on foot, and avoid car journeys. Figueras and the Dali Museum are just 13 km away. Even famous places like Cadaques, Port Ligat or the splendid nature reserve park of Cap Creus (even Barcelona!) are just a few hours away by car (and very easy to reach in your own boat or on a boat excursion). For children there’s a children’s go-kart track, lots of mini-golf places, wind-surfing, gliding and diving, tennis courts, and a a short distance a water leisure park with many attractions.
