Our spacious and bright flat is situated totally alone and separate on the top of a 2-floor-building in the center of the tranquil resort of Cala Sant Vicenc. The apartment was refurbished twice in the last 4 years. Some steps lead to the separate entrance. The spacious modern furnished living/dining room with open fire place and Sat TV leads to a big sun terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views over the village to the sea. Next door: a complete new kitchen with laundry and washing machine. Furthermore: a single bedroom, two double bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds. One refurbished complete bathroom. Air-condition (warm/cold). Only 50 m away: supermarket, hairdresser, newsagent and bus-stop. The two sand beaches in 200 meters (steps).

The small and quiet resort of Cala Sant Vicenc with summer villas and no more than 10 hotels is situated on the extreme north-west coast of the island. Now there are no more fishermen in the bay but a lot of good fish and sea food restaurants. There are two family-friendly sand bays and two mini-bays with stones at the foot of the impressive Cavall Bernat, the mountain with rises horizontally out of the sea. In the village center: 2 supermarkets, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, bank and bus-stop - nothing else. But about 20 cafés and restaurants are distributed around the village. The bays of C.S.V. are very recommended for snorkeling and diving. C.S.V. takes approx. 7 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by bike (renting in the village) to Pollenca and to Port de Pollenca. It's an ideal place to go hiking and bird watching in the mountains. C.S.V. is not recommended to people who like animation or entertainment by day and by night. It's the best place for individual families and men of nature.

Wir haben uns bewußt für eine strandnahe "City - Wohnung" entschieden, von der man auch viel zu Fuß erledigen kann ( Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Strand ). Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Betten sind für mallorcinische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Terasse ist natürlich das Highlight, man hat einen tollen Blick über den Ort. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit Kindern gut geeignet, man muss allerdings die schlechte Schallisolierung des Bades bei einem Schlafzimmer berücksichtigen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige hundert Meter, da kann man sich auch mal "abseilen" und sich für ein paar Stunden zurückziehen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, rundherum haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verlebt und uns gut erholt. War sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal.
Owner's Response: Selbstverständlich freuen wir uns über diesen positiven Kommentar einer unserer Gästefamilien. Umso mehr, als diese Familie in den 14 Tagen ihres Aufenthaltes wenig Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt hat und deshalb natürlich noch abhängiger von einem gemütlichen und komfortablen Feriendomizil war.
Was die Schallinsolierung zwischen Bad und einem der Schlafzimmer betrifft, so haben wir bislang niemals eine Bemerkung unserer Gäste gehört, werden dem jedoch nachgehen und wenn dem so ist, versuchen, daran etwas zu ändern.
Besonders gefreut hat uns die positive Bewertung unseres service vor Ort. Für uns ist jeder Kunde wichtig und damit König...
