Do you want to be able to see the world’s tallest church spire right from your apartment? Then our exclusive attic apartment is the right place for you. When the weather is fine you can contemplate the city of Ulm, its cathedral and even the snow-covered Alps just by looking out from your bedroom or living room. The living room and bedrooms have either cork floors or carpets and are decorated with wood and rattan furniture. The apartment provides generous accommodation for up to 2 persons. Apart from the cathedral which towers over the city, the fishermen’s quarter with its narrow alleys and romantic bridges and the ‘crooked house’ will transport you back in time. The colorfully painted town hall is a proud reminder of the Ulm’s former status as a free imperial city. Not far from here stands the city library with its pyramid structure and glass external walls. 3 other new buildings at the heart of the city (“Neue Mitte”) have enriched Ulm both as a place to live in and to visit.

Nearest Train: Ulm at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Ulm West at 6 Kilometres

Ulm Cathedral (the tallest church in the world), historic old city (fishermen’s quarter), town-hall built by the N.Y. architect Richard Meier, ‘Neue Mitte’, the Ulm Museum with its Lion man (the oldest man/animal sculpture in the world, about 30,000 years old) and the Brot museum with works by Breughel and Kollwitz. The inner city has bars, cafés, shops and a wide choice of entertainment. Outside the city you will find many ways to spend your free time whatever your interests are. Upper Swabia with its baroque abbeys and the Swabian Alps with their caves, castles and wondrous valleys are only a couple of kilometers away. On a clear day you can see the peaks of the Alps which can be reached in an hour from Ulm, as well as the Bodensee, Stuttgart and Munich. In July: the Ulmer Volksfest, the Light Serenade, ‘Oath Week’ when the mayor takes a historic oath and ‘Nabada’. As well as the town of Blaubeuren, the Blautopf spring and Wiblingen Abbey (library).

Y. Falk, USA: Im Januar 2008 verbrachten mein Freund und ich eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung am Michelsberg in Ulm. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und waren froh, diese tolle Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Wir waren nicht nur von der schönen, hellen und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung begeistert sondern auch von ihrer Lage: dank der guten Busanbindung oder zu Fuß lies sich das Stadtzentrum mühelos und schnell erreichen. Außerdem genossen wir täglich den tollen Ausblick auf das Ulmer Münster und die Stadt. An zwei Tagen hatten wir sogar das Glück die Alpen von der Wohnung aus zu sehen! In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts: die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, die Zimmer bieten viel Platz und auch im schön renovierten Bad kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen! Sehr erfreut waren wir auch über den zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz, denn die Straßen rund um die Kliniken am Michelsberg bieten nur wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.
