Large two-story Florida home with comfortable private 2-room guest suite. (1 br. + 1 large living room), large sundeck and balcony, kitchenette. + 1 room Studio apartment with separate kitchen and balcony. Elegant bathrooms, plenty of soft towels, firm mattresses and fine linens. Rooms are nicely decorated. Located in Vanderbilt Beach Estates area at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, very close to beach and shopping. Featuring a large pool deck with over 200 feet of seawall directly on the Vanderbilt lagoon. Western exposure, property is surrounded on three sides by water, feels like being on an island. Boat dock for fishing and boating. Watch Dolphins come by, exotic birds, see fish jumping. Only a mile to the white sand of Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins Pass State Park. Beach Chairs and bicycles available at no charge. Internet free W–LAN, all local, USA, Canada and Germany long distance calls free of charge.

Wir können uns unseren Vorgängern in der Bewertung nur anschließen.
Haus , Lage , Austattung und Umgebung sind einfach Spitze.
Der Hausherr ist mit seiner warmen,hilfsbereiten,unkomplizierten Art der
perfekte Gastgeber. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaubsort.

Rundum Wohlfühlpaket

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier goldrichtig. Hier kann man Florida und Naples voll genießen und sich dabei von der ersten Minute an willkommen fühlen. Das gesamte Haus steht den Besuchern offen und von einem Laptop mit WLan über Bademäntel bis hin zur Kühlbox steht einem hier alles zur Verfügung. Sonnenuntergang gab's jeden Abend ohne sich aus dem Pool fort zu bewegen. Wir hatten sogar das Vergnügen eine Pool-Party mitzuerleben. In der Umgebung findet man alles, von Einkaufszentren über ein klasse Outlet bis hin zu kilometerlangen Stränden. In Naples herrscht wenig trubel, dennoch ist abends immer irgendwo etwas los. Unbedingt ins Buffalo Chips nach Bonita Springs fahren und staunen. Das Edison Museum in Fort Myers ist ebenfalls den Besuch absolut wert. St. Petersburg oder Orlando wäre uns zu weit gewesen, dafür lohnt sich ein Abstecher in die Everglades. Fazit: Klasse Unterkunft mit allem was das Herz begehrt und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Tolle Woche bei Freunden!

Bin sehr oft in den USA und vor allen Dingen in Florida.Doch mein diesjahriger Aufenthalt dort war einfach Spitze.Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wie bei Freunden.Ruhige entspannte Atmosphäre,tolle Lage und alles was der Mensch so braucht steht einem hier zur Verfügung.Die Gastgeber sind immer bemüht einem den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.Dies ist ein idealer Anlaufpunkt auch für Urlauber die vielleicht das erste mal in die Staaten kommen.(auch ohne Auto)Alle Details kann man vorher schon mit dem Vermieter abklären.Also keine Angst-Florida ruft.Mir und vor allen meinem Sohn hat es so gut gefallen das wir gleich für September noch mal 2 Wochen in Naples reserviert haben.

Aufenthalt im Paradies

Eigentlich wollten wir keine Bewertung abgeben und dieses kleine Paradies geheim für uns behalten. Aber wir erlebten, wo von viele nur träumen und das sollte man teilen. Auch als Dank an den Eigentümer, der ein unkomplizierter, emsiger und herzlicher Gastgeber für uns war.
Das Haus und dessen Lage sind traumhaft. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit 1A bestens. Das Bett der Fewo, die wir mieteten, könnte etwas größer sein. Die Umgebung ist total ruhig. Kühlschrank war bereits mit Getränken gefüllt. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, man erhält es sofort. Große Auswahl an Strandstühlen. Liegen und Schirmen, die man mitnehmen darf. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt, leider nur zu wenig Zeit im Haus und am Pool mit der traumhaften Aussicht verbracht. Kurze Wege mit dem Auto zu Restaurants, Shopping, Golf. Super Laufstrecke von ca.6 km im Rundkurs, inkl.Strand für uns gefunden. Aufgrund bereits gemachter Florida-Erfahrungen ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen in ein für uns perfektes Feriendomizil garantiert wieder. Alles Gute für den Eigentümer, seine Gattin und den anschmiegsamen Vierbeiner.
