The free standing Villa is located in a very calm exclusive area of Cannes/Le Cannet on a large property (1.700 qm) with enormous Pines. It is only 5 km up to the Croisette. The generous Villa is appropriately furnished: in the centre of the house you have the large bright living dining-room with TV/HiFi. From there you find all 4 beautiful arranged bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 1 with two single beds. 2 bathrooms are for your disposal, 1 separate WC. You have a completely functionally equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezing subject, baking-oven and dishwasher. In front of the living room you find a wonderful large sun terrace of 40 square meters and the pool in drop form. On the property are several parking possibilities and a garage. The garden is enclosed. 1 time per week the gardener will look after the pool. The beautiful Villa is perfect, if you travel with children and you love everything easy and simple to handle.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem sehr netten und praktischen Ferienhaus. Ideal, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist: der Pool und auch die Terrasse sind gesichert, alles ebenerdig - perfekt für uns! toll auch die ruhige Lage und Nähe zum Strand - innen ist es zwar einfach, aber es ist alles da und der Vermieter hat sich viel Mühe gegeben um es nett zu gestalten! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und viele super Ausflüge gemacht, auch die Betreuung während unserer 2 Wochen war sehr gut - wir können kein Wort Französisch:). Vielen Dank.
