This villa provides you a dream vacation in Provence. Ideal for several couples or 2 families. 800m from the centre of Rasteau the villa is situated in a 2000 M2 garden situated on the south flank of a hill, well protected against the mistral. You will be struck by the open views of the landscape surrounding the garden. Various trees provide shaded spots for a lunch or just a nap in the afternoon. From the 4x10 m pool you have 30 km view into the valley which is a model for the typical Provence landscape. The pool is provided with a safety cover. The large covered veranda (25 m2) gives the impression of a lookout post, but well equipped for a ten person dinner. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet lovers with a 6 pit hob and oven. The 40 m2 living room, with large dining table and comfortable around the fireplace seating, has a spectacular high ceiling with an impressive exposed wooden truss work.

  • The rent includes all utilities, kitchen towels, some wood for the fireplace, and taxes. A Euro 70 end cleaning fee and Euro 8 Euro bed linen fee per inhabitant is due. Personal towels packages (bathroom and pool towels) are optional and 7 Euro per person. Internet connection (optional) is 25 Euro per week. The security deposit is Euro 300, due at arrival to be returned to you upon departure after the inspection of the empty house. In the months November, December, January, February and March a 70 € heating fee per week applies.

Around the villa:: Villa La Bacchante is situated just east of the centre of Rasteau in the direction of Roaix. 8 km west of Vaison-la-Romaine via the D975 and 22 km east of Orange (Autoroute A7), facing the Ouvèze valley, Rasteau (680 inhabitants) is a village of Upper Vaucluse wine-growers, perched 200 metres above sea level on a mound between plains and forests. The houses spread out at the foot of a beautiful 12th century Romanesque church, and the ruins of a 12th century château overlook the village. You can't miss the huge shady square, right in the heart of the village. This is where the locals meet up, find out what's going on and have a good gossip. Around the square are a few shops, the café, the village school, the mairie, the post office and even a tourist office. You will also find in Rasteau a magnificent wine co-operative and a vine cultivation museum. Villa La Bacchante is neighbouring Domaine des Girasols who are happy to host you in their tasting room.

...and more nearby:: Vaison-la-Romaine is just 5 mins. away to the east and this little town of 6000 inhabitants is the pounding heart of the region and provides a wealth of restaurants and shops, cultural events and historical places to visit. Vaison-la-Romaine - (5 min.): Chateau, roman amphitheater and village, Provencal market, brocante, restaurants and shops. Séguret lies at the other side of the valley (5 mins.): one of the official 'most beautiful villages in France': typical Provençal atmosphere and medieval character.

Traumhafte Villa mit bezaubernder Lage

Traumhaft schöne und typisch provenzalische Villa. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet: von der Spülmaschine über die Mikrowelle bis hin zum Toaster, Pürierstab und Handmixer ist alles vertreten, was das Herz begehrt. Wer es nicht gewohnt ist, mit Gas zu kochen, für den stehen zwei separate Kochplatten zur Verfügung. Sämtliche Kochutensilien sind in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden sowie komplette Bestecke und Geschirr.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr stilvoll und mit mediterranen Akzenten eingerichtet. Man findet hier zwei sehr gemütliche Sofas, einen charmanten alten Kamin und einen großen Esstisch mit 6 sehr bequemen Stühlen. Der eigentliche Blickfang dieses Raumes jedoch ist das Dachgebälk, das durch die großzügige Raumaufteilung perfekt in Szene gesetzt ist.
Darüber hinaus gibt es ein TV-Gerät, DVD-Player (RC 2) und eine Stereoanlage mit Radio, CD und USB-Eingang.

Es befinden sich im Haus 3 ansprechend eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, ein wunderschönes Badezimmer mit Toilette und Badewanne sowie eine Gästetoilette und Dusche.

Entweder durch die Küche oder durch das Esszimmer gelangt man auf eine Terrasse, die jeden Besucher durch einen unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick in ihren Bann zieht: Man genießt vom Weinberg aus einen ca. 30 km weiten Blick in die wunderschöne Landschaft der Provence. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und durch ein großes Panoramafenster ideal vor Wind geschützt.

Darüber hinaus befindet sich in allen Schlafzimmern, im Wohnzimmer UND auf der großzügigen Terrasse ein Deckenventilator.

Im Keller findet man eine Waschmaschine nebst Wäscheständer und einen kleinen Weinkeller mit einer Auswahl von Weinen aller umliegender Weingüter.

Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man zum hauseigenen Pool. Mit einer Größe von 4 x 10 Metern ist er zum Schwimmen, Plantschen und Spaßhaben absolut perfekt. Am Pool stehen den Besuchern sehr bequeme Liegen inkl. Tischchen zur Verfügung.

Parkplätze für 2 Autos befinden sich direkt neben dem Haus.

Wir verbrachten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Durch die idyllische und ruhige Lage verlebten wir 2 sehr entspannte und erholsame Wochen. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen. Unser Lieblingsplatz war auf der riesigen Terrasse; hier genossen wir die Sonne in vollen Zügen und konnten uns auch in den kühlen Schatten zurückziehen. Das Haus und die malerische Umgebung machen Lust auf das Leben in der Provence…

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach nur schön, bestens ausgestattet und eignet sich sowohl für Sommeraufenthalte als auch für Ferien im Frühjahr oder Herbst. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch,alles hat problemlos geklappt von der Buchung bis zur Übergabe am letzten Tag. Vaison la Romain ist ein authentischer französischer Ort in dem man alles bekommt und der zum Genießen einlädt.Die Domaine La Girasol ist direkt in Nachbarschaft, ihre Besitzer sind sehr nett,kultiviert und ihre Weine empfehlenswert.
Wir haben die Villa 8 Tage zu fünft bewohnt und jeder von uns hat sich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Wetter nur kurz sonnig,danach windig und regnerisch war.
Fahrradfahren vor Ort ist leider nicht gut möglich.

Unvergessliche Provence

Wir hatten unsere Ferien über das Internet gebucht und waren überrascht, wie identisch die Fotos mit der "Wirklichkeit" waren.
Es gab keine bösen Überraschungen und so wurden die Ferein ein
voller Erfolg! Das Vermieterehepaar ist äusserst offen und nett, arbeitet sehr professionell und nimmt seine Aufgabe als Vermieter und Betreuer sehr ernst. Die wichtigsten Sachen wurden im Vorfeld besprochen und am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlich begrüsst und uns
wurde alles genau erklärt und das ganze Haus gezeigt.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen, gepflegten Haus, inmitten von Weinbergen, absolut wohl und sogar schon etwas heimisch gefühlt!
Die Lage ist einmalig, ruhig und dennoch ist man in ca. 10 Minuten
mit dem Auto in der nächst grösseren Stadt, Vaison-la-Romaine, die
alles bietet, was man braucht (lokale Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Bank, Post, Restaurants, Apotheke etc.). Das Haus ist grosszügig, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Während unsere Kinder den Pool genossen, der leider aber nicht geheizt ist und so für uns Erwachsene doch manchmal etwas zu kalt zum Schwimmen war, genossen wir die Aussicht auf der
gemütlichen Terrasse, bei einem guten Glas Wein, den wir uns direkt aus dem eigenen Weinkeller ausgesucht, oder direkt beim
Nachbarn, einer sehr sympathischen Winzerfamilie, gekauft hatten.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt und der Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit der Leute so angetan und begeistert, dass wir unsere nächsten Ferien gleich wieder gebucht haben. Ohne zu zögern, würden wir dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
