In particular, we recommend the spring and fall, because there are great hiking options in breathtaking nature - Cinque Terre! During the summer, the beaches can be reached in about a 30 minute drive, day excursions to Pisa, Lucca, Florence. Information about the region including shopping and gastronomy. Reizvolles und grünes Ligurien im Sommer

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen in La Spezia bei unseren Gastgebern Isia und Silvano haben uns Ligurien nahegebracht. Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Nähe zur Stadt sind wie in der Ausschreibung angegeben hervorragend.
Trotz Hochsommer im August ( bei knapp 40° C in La Spezia) brauchten wir nachts keine Klimaanlage in der großzügigen und liebevoll ausgestatteten Erdgeschosswohnung; der blühende Garten und der romantische Blick am Abend über La Spezia luden uns zum Genießen und Verweilen ein.
Isia und Silvano haben mit hervorragenden Insidertipps und praktischen Hinweisen unseren Urlaub vervollkommnet.Besondere Erlebnisse waren z.Bsp. das Baden auf Palmária und unsere super Einkaufs-, Ausflugs-und Wandertouren (Cinque Terre, Portovénere, Lérici, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta etc. ).Auch die Toskana (Carrara, Pisa, Lucca etc.) ist nicht weit.
Aus unserer Sicht ist die Wohnung besonders gut für erholungssuchende Paare geeignet,die es schätzen,ohne großen Rummel mit Ihren Vermietern in unmittelbarer Nähe zu wohnen und von deren herzlicher Gastfreundschaft zu profitieren;
wir kommen bestimmt wieder (einige Wandertouren stehen ja noch aus!).

Traumhaftes Ligurien mit großartiger Wohnung

Im Vorfeld schnelle Rückantwort, problemlose Anzahlung und Buchung und sofort positiver Eindruck. Nach Ankunft waren wir nur noch begeistert (wie auf fewo Photos), herrliche Wohnung,bestens ausgestattet, traumhafter Garten mit Blick über La Spezia, das man in 10 Min. per Auto erreicht. Tolle Stadt und dazu 5 Terre, Porto Venere, Lucca, alles nicht weit. Das Meer, Schiffe, Seafood in reichlicher Auswahl, wandern - bella Italia absolut! Abgerundet und perfekt durch die persönliche Betreuung von Isia und Silvano vom ersten Moment an, die Tipps und Ratschläge gaben und stets hilfsbereit zur Seite standen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und man könnte es nicht besser machen! Beste Gastgeber, die wir je hatten! Wir kommen wieder und sind zu absoluten La Spezia Fans geworden!

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Der ideale Ausganspunkt, um mit Zug, Auto und Bus viele tolle Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Vermieter standen uns auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jeder Zeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen!! Der Garten und der Blick über La Spezia sind unvergeslich. Mille Grazie Isia e Silvano - macht weiter so!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Die Einrichtung
der Wohnung, der Garten mit seiner Blütenpracht, das Früh-
stück und besonders die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft
der Vermieter bleiben uns sehr gut in Erinnerung. Die Angaben im Inserat entsprachen der Realität. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung
kann nur empfohlen werden. Die nahe Lage zum Meer mit
Badestränden und zum Wandergebiet der Cinque Terre
ermöglichten uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wundervoll-Immer wieder gerne!!1

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in den Hügeln über La Spezia. Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer aber dennoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in der Stadt und anderen Ausflugszielen.
Sehr große und schön eingerichtete Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt wie in dieser Ferienwohung, was natürlich auch an den netten Eigentümern liegt die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben, und uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub bescherten.
Nicht zu vergessen der wunderschöne Rosengarten von dem man den besten Blick hat und Abends noch ein Glas Wein geniessen kann.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!!!
