This holiday home is in a sophisticated category and was finished in 2005. It has 2 units/ each 90 m² for 4 people. The house Sunshine is located in an absolutely peaceful location on the mountain Montesano with a stunning view of the Girona valley. It has 2 spacious terraces with blinds (lower apartment) and a covered winter garden (upper apartment) with glass sliding elements. The living-dining room has modern furnishings (couch, cabinet wall and dining table for 6 people). The kitchen has a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a lot more. In both apartments you will find 2 bedrooms with direct access to the bathroom. Washing room with washer, dryer and iron is available. On request, high chair and crib. In the outdoor area you will find garden furniture, clothesline and a parking space. It should be mentioned that the sea water pool 8x4m is only cleared with salt (no chlorine).

Sanet y Negrals is located between Valencia and Alicante (about 90 km). The city of Denia is 12 km away. From the terrace you will have a direct view of the green Girona Valley with the orange and almond plantations. You will also have a view of the sea with the city Denia and its mountain the 'Montgo'. With clear weather, you can even see to the island of Ibiza. In a 5 minute drive you can reach Ondara, where there is the largest shopping centre in the area of Valencia. A shopping trip leaves little to be desired. The most beautiful beach in the area can be reached in a 10 minute drive. Also in 10 minutes, you can reach the safari park Vergel, there you and your children can swim with the sea lions. 30 km away you will find the waterfalls of Callosa. Enjoy the tranquillity in the 'House of Sunshine'
