In the village of Hoetmar close to Warendorf (City of the horses) in Westfalia, we have a very comfortable light and smoke-free apartment for people who love nature and enjoy bike rides. From Hoetmar you can explore the old villages and towns in the surrounding area and in the evening you come back to our relaxing apartment 'little oasis'. The apartment is on top floor(second)of a single house. Only one family lives underneath the apartment. On the ground floor is a bank. Seperate entries. The apartment gives you views in the heart of Hoetmar and from the back side over the surrounding countryside and consists of: Large Living/Dining Room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and storage room. We also have available free of charge 2 Dutch Bikes for use. There is everything you need for a relaxing stay. We have brochures of all the villages and towns available for you to plan your bike or car tours. Our surrounding is flat and comfortable also for senior generation

We offer you a light, new renovated and smokefree apartment in Hoetmar (close to Warendorf and a lot of other villages and cities) Our horse- and asparagus region is very famous and the apartments is laying at the castle route. In our village you find everything for your daily use (supermarket, baker's shop, drinks cash-and-carry, kiosk, quick snack, famous fish restaurant and other restaurants, farmer's cafes, present- and book/office-shop, hair dresser, 2 churches, butcher's shop, electrical shop. There are so many beautiful things to see in our surrounding and because the area is flat, it is also pleasant for the older generation to make bike tours. Test our hospitality; the proprietress of the 'little oasis' is Dutch (it is only 1,5 hours driving by car and you are also in Holland!!) and she and her family speak good English.
