In 2006, Elena decides to furnish 2 flats as holiday homes. The results are 2 bright and nicely furnished apartments with a large terrace from where you can enjoy a panoramic view over the Alghero-Golf. Both flats are suitable for families and equipped of all comfort: TV-set, washing-machine, air-condition, also a baby bed is available on request. There is flat Palmavera with 1 bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living-room-kitchen-area (for max 3 people). 'Giglio' has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and again a living room-kitchen area from where you reach the terrace, the best place for dinner at sunset. In 2008 is refurbished another flat, Casa Nettuno, (divided on two floors) which is suitable for a big family or also ideal for 2 couples as it has 2 double bedrooms with each a complete bathroom.

This flat is suitable for a couple or a family with 1 child (baby bed is available). It has a friendly and clear stile and is composed of a large, bright and comfortable kitchen, bedroom and bathroom ... and a terrace. It has a TV, a washingmachine and air-condition. The next beach is only a few minutes away by feet - indeed a car is not necessary, so this flat is ideal also for a brief relaxing holiday.

Sehr saubere,neue, schöne und komfortable Wohnung mit "fast" allem was man braucht (Bratpfanne fehlte). Die Stühle hätten auf die Dauer etwas gemütlicher sein können. Bett super ! Großer Balkon.
Liegt in einem kleinem Ort "Fetilia"- in dem alles auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist (Supermarkt)- Auto wäre aber sinnvoll um mehr Eindrücke von der Insel zu bekommen. Wenig Gastronomie im Ort- aber Ristaurante mit
super Pizzen:-) Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet-was aber nicht stört-und fast an der Steilküste- traumhaft !
Nur die große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern hat direkten Meerblick. Die kleinere Wohnung "nur" fast seitlichen Meerblick. Vermieterin hätte etwas netter und sich mehr Mühe geben können z.B. wo läßt man den Müll ? Aber so sind die Sarden wohl.
Zum schönen breiten Strand zwischen Fertilia und Alghero sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 min nach Alghero direkt ca. 15 min.-welches sehr schön ist und eine tolle Altstadt hat.
